Energy is what hunting and fighting cost. A full bar refills in 1 hour 15 minutes — at every trainer level. Below level 5 it’s 30 minutes.

No. Everything lives on the server. Close it mid-anything and come back whenever.

It does not get back up on its own. The heal bay downstairs puts the whole crew back at full for nothing — there’s a short wait between visits — and a potion works on one body, any time.

Yes. With 1 badge you can join the raids: one boss, and every operative hitting it.

Silph Tower is taken floor by floor, and every floor you hold is one another player can take off you.

With 1 badge you can also duel another operative live: 4 bodies each, both of you choosing at the same time.

32 locations — Pallet Town to Victory Road — and all 8 Kanto gyms, from Leader Brock to Leader Gary.

All 8 Kanto badges are open. What comes next is the Indigo League: Victory Road, the Elite Four and the Champion.
